The Tax Administration Research Centre undertakes research on tax administration in order to strengthen the theoretical and empirical understanding of tax operations and policies. The Centre is operated in partnership by the University of Exeter and the Institute of Fiscal Studies. Its research is multidisciplinary and the research involves a wide range of disciplines and methodologies.
The 2nd Annual TARC workshop will be held at the University of Exeter on March 10 and 11, 2014. The programme will consist of a keynote address by Joel Slemrod (Michigan) and twenty contributed papers.
Submissions in all areas of tax administration are invited, which can be based on an accounting, economics, or law perspective. Empirical, experimental, and theoretical papers are equally welcome.
Those wishing to submit a paper should email an abstract of no more than 500 words, along with their contact details and institutional affiliation, by close of business Monday 27th January 2014 to email@example.com
The program will be announced by early February. Full papers will be required by Monday 24th February 2014.
